The Photonic Technologies Group (GTF in its Spanish acronym: Grupo de Tecnologías Fotónicas) is one of the most advanced R&D groups in Optics and Photonics in Spain.
The GTF is part of the Research Institute in Engineering of Aragón, I3A, of the Universidad de Zaragoza.
Our activity covers up to the newest fields of Photonics and we take aim at being one of the best R&D groups throughout Europe.
We utilise our know-how to generate solutions for existing problems and to develop new techniques and technologies to address the challenges of our rapidly evolving scientific and industrial society.
The main GTF compromise is the technology transfer. We provide our contract partners with the technology and tools that we develop.
The close partnership with private companies and public laboratories gives the GTF members leading edge knowledge of today's optics and photonics problematic in a wide variety of application fields.
During the years, the GTF has also achieved solid skills in electronics and control systems under the compromise of delivering complete solutions adjusted to partner's needs, including test and control instrumentation.
And here we are, with some close friends of the group
